客戶(hù)8月份詢(xún)價(jià)產(chǎn)品,按照客戶(hù)要求報價(jià)后,客戶(hù)告知收到10多個(gè)工業(yè)洗衣機廠(chǎng)家的報價(jià),要做對比然后過(guò)來(lái)參觀(guān)工廠(chǎng)。期間客戶(hù)了解了我們力凈的產(chǎn)品及服務(wù),并談了兩次價(jià)格。8月底客戶(hù)最終選定了4家工廠(chǎng)過(guò)來(lái)參觀(guān),我們力凈公司也在內。
9月3日客戶(hù)到達廣州,客戶(hù)一到廣州就打電話(huà)給我說(shuō)第二天要來(lái)我們力凈工廠(chǎng)參觀(guān)。我們第二天一早就安排到客戶(hù)的酒店接客戶(hù)過(guò)來(lái),客戶(hù)告知對我們的臥式工業(yè)洗衣機和節能型烘干機感興趣:我們的臥式工業(yè)洗衣機最大容量可以做到300kg,滾筒及外殼使用全不銹鋼制造,大口徑進(jìn)水排水系統,可以縮短洗滌周期。符合客戶(hù)的需求。并且我們的節能烘干機比普通的烘干機能節約一半的耗量,節能環(huán)保,這是客戶(hù)所喜歡的。在工廠(chǎng),我們展示了產(chǎn)品各細節及操作方法給客戶(hù)看,并講解了產(chǎn)品的性能,結構及使用情況?蛻(hù)對產(chǎn)品要求極高,并對產(chǎn)品材質(zhì)和厚度提出了要求,我們都可以按照客戶(hù)需求生產(chǎn)。對臥洗機提出全自動(dòng)要求,我們解釋可按照客戶(hù)的要求增加變頻器,客戶(hù)很滿(mǎn)意?蛻(hù)看到全不銹鋼制造的100kg節能型烘干機,非常滿(mǎn)意。緊接著(zhù)跟客戶(hù)談了付款條款,運輸方式等,客戶(hù)要求余款用即期信用證,我司可以做。
一個(gè)星期后,客戶(hù)參觀(guān)完其他幾家同行,再回來(lái)跟我們詳談,最終確認了訂單。
Customer inquiry products in August, We give the quotation according to the customer's request .The customers told that he received more than 10 manufacturers quotations,He need to do a comparison and then choose come to visit.Our customers have learned about our products and services and talked about our prices twice.At the end of August, the customer finally selected 4 factories to visit, and our company included.
In September 3rd, our customers arrived in Guangzhou. The first time arrived Guangzhou and called me that he want to visit our factory the second day.
We arranged to pick up the customer from his hotel, Customers told us they are interested in our horizontal washer and energy-saving dryer:Our horizontal washing machine the biggest one capacity is 300kg,the drum and outside are made by stainless steel.and using a large-caliber fast into the drainage system,greatly reducing the wash cycle.meet the customer’s requirement. And our energy-saving dryer saves energy half as much as the standard dryer,Energy conservation and environmental protectionthis is what the customer like. In factory, We shown and explained the performance, structure and usage of the machine to him. He have very high requirements for products. And have put forward requirements for the material and thickness of the products,we can produce the machine according to customer’s requirement. They haveput forward automatic requirements for the horizontal washing machine. We explained that increased the frequency converter to the machine.the customer agreed with that. And we show our 100kg energy saving dryer to the customer, customer is satisfied.Then we talked with customers about terms of payment, mode of transportation, and require the balance payment for LC at sight, our company can do it.
A week later, The customer finished the other’s company visit, then come back,discuss more details. Finally, Confirm the order.
